- We are seeking an experienced academic leader to join the Research & Innovation in a key management role responsible for developing research strategies, enhancing research quality, and driving innovation initiatives across the university.

Key Requirements
- ## Education
- PhD degree from a recognized institution.
- Associate Professor or Professor title is highly advantageous.
- ## Experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in research management within universities, research institutes, academic organizations, or equivalent environments.
- Proven track record in research administration and academic leadership.
- ## Candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly preferred:
- Leading or managing research projects funded by government agencies, international organizations, or industry partners.
- Publishing in reputable international journals (ISI/Scopus indexed).
- Managing academic journals, conferences, or research programs.
- Building research partnerships and securing external funding.
- ## Competencies
- Strong understanding of higher education research systems and research governance.
- Knowledge of domestic and international research funding mechanisms.
- Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong academic profile with recognized research achievements.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Role Responsibilities
- ### Research Strategy & Innovation Development
- Develop and implement medium- and long-term research and innovation strategies.
- Identify priority research areas aligned with institutional strengths and emerging global trends.
- Advise senior leadership on research development initiatives and opportunities.
- ### Research Management & Governance
- Oversee the management and administration of research projects and research funding programs at institutional, governmental, and international levels.
- Develop and optimize policies, procedures, and operational frameworks supporting research activities.
- Ensure compliance with research ethics, academic integrity, and relevant regulations.
- ### Academic Impact & International Collaboration
- Strengthen partnerships with universities, research institutes, industry partners, and funding organizations.
- Promote high-quality international publications and enhance research visibility.
- Support initiatives related to research rankings, research excellence, and academic reputation.
- Lead the organization of national and international conferences, seminars, and academic events.
- ### Leadership & Capacity Building
- Mentor and support faculty members in research development and grant acquisition.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and research excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to achieve institutional research objectives.
