  • Payment processing and transaction management

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of BidTal, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide truthful and accurate information in job postings and bids
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others
  • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
  • Honor commitments made through the platform

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payments

7. Fees and Payments

BidTal charges fees for certain services. All fees are clearly displayed before you commit to a transaction. Payment terms include:

  • Platform fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on BidTal are owned by BidTal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BidTal provides the platform "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The quality or suitability of candidates or recruiters
  • The accuracy of user-provided information
  • That the platform will meet all your requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidTal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between users, we encourage resolution through our platform's communication tools. BidTal may, at its discretion, provide mediation assistance but is not obligated to resolve disputes between users.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BidTal at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms or our policies
  • Harms other users or the platform
