Job Summary
A fast-growing FinTech startup is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of innovative financial products. You will work with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver products that delight users and drive business growth.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or digital products
- Strong understanding of financial services and payment systems
- Proven track record of launching successful products
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and product tools (Jira, Figma)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Role Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders
- Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct user research and analyze product metrics
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Continuously optimize product based on user feedback and data
