Job Description
- We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. This role focuses on driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles (on-page & off-page).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in healthcare, beauty, or related industries is a plus.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS) to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Content and Design teams to develop high-performing marketing materials.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working Hours: Office hours (Monday – Friday)
- Competitive salary: VND 15,000,000 – 20,000,000/month (based on experience and performance).
