Key Requirements
- Must-have: 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend development, RESTful APIs, database design, frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), responsive web applications, and good English communication skills
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Python backend development, modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), CI/CD, containerization, performance optimization, API integrations, and web accessibility best practices
