- # Position Overview
- We are seeking experienced Embedded Software Project Managers who are fluent in both Chinese and English to lead international software development projects.
- Candidates with embedded software experience in any domain are welcome, including Industrial Systems, IoT & Smart Devices, Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, Home Appliances, Automotive, Medical Devices, Robotics, Embedded Linux Platforms, and other Embedded/Firmware Development areas.
Key Requirements
- ## Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or related disciplines.
- 8+ years of experience in Embedded Software/Firmware Development.
- Previous experience as Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Team Lead, Delivery Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
- Good understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, microprocessors, RTOS, Embedded Linux, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with software development lifecycle processes such as V-Model, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Fluent Chinese communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
- ## Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
- Experience managing distributed or global teams.
- Background in safety-critical, high-reliability, or large-scale software systems.
- Experience working directly with international customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage embedded software projects from requirement gathering through final delivery.
- Serve as the primary interface between customers, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Plan and control project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals.
- Analyze and clarify customer requirements with technical teams.
- Track development progress and proactively address project issues and risks.
- Ensure project delivery meets Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
- Lead technical discussions, project reviews, and customer meetings.
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative working environment.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary Range: 90M - 150M Gross/month(or above for outstanding candidates)
