Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a multinational environment with nationwide scope
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong sales teams
  • Strong communication skills with fluent English
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Prior experience in agriculture or life sciences is highly preferred

Role Responsibilities

  • 1. Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and support new product launches
  • Implement sales and distribution plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profit targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing to translate strategies into actionable sales initiatives
  • 2. Team & Relationship Management
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and dealers
  • Enhance team capabilities in product knowledge and sales skills
  • 3. Operations & Financial Control
  • Oversee sales operations to ensure target achievement
  • Manage receivables and ensure timely collections
  • Monitor inventory and address slow-moving stock
