Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a multinational environment with nationwide scope
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong sales teams
- Strong communication skills with fluent English
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel
- Prior experience in agriculture or life sciences is highly preferred
Role Responsibilities
- 1. Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
- Acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and support new product launches
- Implement sales and distribution plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profit targets
- Collaborate with Marketing to translate strategies into actionable sales initiatives
- 2. Team & Relationship Management
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and dealers
- Enhance team capabilities in product knowledge and sales skills
- 3. Operations & Financial Control
- Oversee sales operations to ensure target achievement
- Manage receivables and ensure timely collections
- Monitor inventory and address slow-moving stock
