Job Summary
BidTal's client, a leading multinational FMCG company, is urgently recruiting a Business Unit Head based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, commercial strategy, and team leadership within the FMCG sector.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Strong expertise in brand management, commercial strategy, and P&L management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and market share expansion
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the business unit P&L and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Drive brand portfolio strategy and innovation initiatives
- Manage and develop high-performing cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain)
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors and retail partners
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure operational excellence and implement best practices across the organization
Remuneration & Benefits
- Highly competitive salary package, negotiable up to USD 10,000 gross per month
