Job Summary
A luxury resort in Da Nang is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth through corporate sales, MICE, and partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to lead sales strategy in one of Vietnam's most attractive tourism destinations.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of hospitality sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership
- Strong network in MICE, corporate, and travel trade sectors
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience with hotel sales systems and CRM
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients
- Lead MICE sales and event partnerships
- Manage sales team and performance
- Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns
