Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to support our business units in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. You will work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as HRBP
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Expertise in talent acquisition, development, and retention
- Experience in change management and organizational design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and execution
- Drive talent acquisition and succession planning
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage performance management and compensation reviews
- Support organizational change and transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
