Job Summary
Leading steel manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the construction and commissioning of a new integrated steel plant. This is a high-impact role requiring extensive experience in heavy industrial projects and team management.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years in project management within steel or heavy industries
- Proven track record managing projects >$100M
- Strong knowledge of steel plant construction and commissioning
- Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of steel plant construction project
- Manage project budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Coordinate with international contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Report to senior management and stakeholders
