Job Summary
A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Supply Chain Director to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations in Vietnam. This strategic role will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain digitalization initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 12+ years of supply chain management experience
- Strong expertise in logistics, procurement, and inventory management
- Experience with supply chain digitalization and ERP systems
- Proven track record in cost optimization and process improvement
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- Fluent in English
Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations
- Optimize logistics network and reduce operational costs
- Implement supply chain technology and automation
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships
- Ensure inventory optimization and demand planning accuracy
- Lead supply chain team development and performance
Remuneration & Benefits
- Excellent salary package up to USD 8,000 per month
